Welcome to the Sunstone Homes Customer Service area. Sunstone Homes offers a One Year Limited Warranty service. Please refer to your Sunstone Homes Warranty Booklet (See pages 6-23) to determine whether an item meets warranty coverage requirements.
Use this form to report any warranty issues you may have within the first 1 year after you move into your home. Please refer to page 11 of your Sunstone Homes Warranty Booklet for further information on requesting customer service.
Upon receiving your request, our Customer Service Representative will contact you within 48 hours, or 2 business days, following the receipt of your request to schedule an inspection. This inspection will help determine which direction the customer Service Representative should take to reach a resolution. These inspection visits are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
